Problem With August Eight Show

Hear me out for a moment. I do believe there is a rather big problem with the august eight show at the Chameleon Club.

This website claims that the show is going to end at 11, but I found this little piece of information on the official chameleon club website:

"As per Lancaster City curfew, All Ages shows on Sunday-Thursday must be over by 10pm."

This is an all age show on a Sunday night. Please correct me if I'm wrong. But doesn't this mean that a band will have to be taken out in order to meet the curfew? :(

    10pm?! That's ridiculous...since when are there city curfews?
    Well...maybe this tour is an exception?

    wow, 10 is pretty early...my city's curfew is 12, and it's a tiny town with really strict/conservative ideas.

    Lancaster has been like that for a while. Trust me, I was bummed too. I went up to see As I Lay Dying play and they didn't have much time. It was upsetting cause I love them and drove so far. But the curfew is ten, the show will end by then. Always.

    Depends on the neighborhood it's in. Like the Chameleon Club isn't in the 'city city' at least I dont think it is. I've been there plenty of times, but ppl live all around it.

    Why don't they... start the shows earlier? Or NOT play in Lancaster?

    Call the venue and ask. They aren't gonna take a tour off just cause of a curfew. Most of these places have curfews. Lancaster's is just early. I've been up there a ton of times. Call them.

    Unfortunately, I've tried to get in contact with venue many times. They only have an auto-mated phone message and despite my numerous attempts, they won't respond to my e-mail. It's a tad aggravating. I guess I'll have to see.

    There is still several weeks before the show. And the SILYMI ppl will announce if there are any changes. Best way to contact them is to @ reply them on twitter. @screamittour

    I did. They responded and said to contact the venue for closing and starting times. xD

    On there myspace they have the email of their america booking guy. Might wanna email him. But I would probably just wait till the date gets closer. I mean it'll probably just start earlier. I don't think you really have to worry. Bands don't just get taken out (like unless they weren't able to play a certain date) they will each just have a shorter set by a few mins most likely. It's really nothing to worry about.
