VIP INFORMATION
Here is the information you need to know for your VIP.

You will receive an email regarding VIP Check-in times and more details regarding your VIP package 48 hours before the show.

You will need to meet at the Main Box Office and bring your photo ID. The VIP coordinator will then check you in and distribute your VIP laminates.
Have a question? Please view our customer support FAQ or contact the ground(ctrl) team by submitting a support request at support.groundctrl.com. Additionally, for urgent matters you may call 1-877-GND-CTRL / Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm PST.
